LIGHTANIA SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT TIMES 


Lightania orders are typically shipped 1 - 2 days after your order is confirmed and processed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your order tracking number, or you can log into your account and click on order details to view your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipment carrier to update the tracking information. 



SHIPPING CHARGES 


Lightania shipping charges are calculated on the checkout page, based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery area of the shipment. Larger or oversized shipments will incur higher shipping costs. 



ACCURATE PHYSICAL ADDRESS 


It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate physical address for the order shipment. If the shipment is returned to us through no fault of Lightania, the customer will be responsible for the full re-shipping and handling charges associated with resending the item(s). Refused or undeliverable shipments will not be granted a shipping and handling refund and will be held until the reshipping fees are paid by the customer. 



UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS 


For security purposes, Lightania reserves the right not to ship to an unconfirmed address; we will only ship to the confirmed address on the order.



SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE US 


Currently, Lightania only offers shipments within the United States. For inquiries regarding shipments outside of the United States, please contact us. Please note that Lightania is not responsible for any import fees associated with international shipping; customers will be responsible for any applicable import fees.
